Fall 2024 Super Saturday

  • First interview will take place at 8:00 AM in room 4.132. Therefore, you all are expected to be present in UTC by no later than 7:30 AM. Those who show up after 7:30 AM will be considered late and will be FINED. The room will be open starting at 7:00 AM.

  • Breakfast will be provided. We have Einstein's bagels just like last semester, including coffee and orange juice. (If anyone wants to bring a toaster for the bagels, that is fine as long as you get your bagel toasted during breaks/before interviews begin)

  • Dress attire: Business Professional.

  • There is a ~one-hour block for lunch from 12:44 PM - 1:30 PM. Our first afternoon interview will be at 1:45 PM. Be back in the room by 1:30 PM.

  • Deliberation will begin at 7:00 PM. You are expected to be in your seats by 6:45 PM. You may be in casual attire for this part of the day.

  • Here is the agenda for tomorrow:

    • If you have been selected for door duty, your name will appear in column G.

    • This will be your GO TO SHEET with all information regarding applicants such as:

      • Marketing slides/Video

      • Resume

      • Recruit IDs

      • General questions you can ask any applicant

The Super Saturday team will try our best to make tomorrow as seamless as possible, but that can only be accomplished with your help.

Make sure to get some rest!! It will be a long day and your full attention will be much appreciated. See you all tomorrow!

 Deliberation Information

  • Deliberation will begin at 7:00 PM. You are expected to be in your seats by 6:45 PM. You may be in casual attire for this portion of the day.

  • Voting will be done through the website with voting taking place after deliberation on each candidate, one by one.

  • Unless you have an excuse you have already submitted to Angel, you are required to be present for all deliberation

  • Once deliberation is finished, we will have sign-ups for bids. No one can leave until all bids are signed up for.
